"It has been a week since I reached out to Pete at State Farm. I talked to someone named John at his office who was incredibly condescending. I have had to deal directly with state farm and still have a flooded out car that has not been towed, nor seen by an adjuster. If I am dealing directly with State farm, my question is why do I need Pete? Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Better yet use them and see how it is when you have had your first claim ever and no one, NO ONE has been helpful. I will be filing a claim with BBB and Insurance Commissioner. Please see my car under water to understand the nature of my claim, which again I will remind you has been a week. Just to remind y'all I talked to John who was gonna have Peter call me back on Thursday of last week. It is now Wednesday and no one has reached out to me."

"John Isaacs is a terrible agent! Was really great at our first encounter. He talked and talked about his self and I learned a lot about him. Such as, He likes carnivorous plants, coins and crystals. Was looking to buy a home and was getting married on Nov. 4th in Greenville. He drives a Prius and lives on TY TY road. However, 6 months later upon renewal time, it seems that he didnt have time for me. His job was done apparently when he first signed me up. Got very irate when I told him I did not want the credit card he was selling. I admit I shouldnt have said the word damn. But John blew it all out of proportion and made it a loud challenging reprimand. He need not do that. But he is young and feels the need to put an old lady in her place. He is 31, I am 62. He is not a good neighbor. This State Farm agent is not all there!"
